Austin Dragoo is NBPA Certified Player Agent and licensed attorney. He is also pending certification by the MLPA having passed the MLBPA General Certification exam. Austin is a graduate from Ball State University and received his JD from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and second in his class. While at Florida Coastal, Austin focused his studies on amateur and professional sports, earning certifications in Sports Law and Advanced Legal Research, Writing, and Drafting.
Austin represents professional basketball and baseball players and advises elite high school and college athletes who are considering pursuit of a career in professional sports. Austin assists clients in preparing for the draft, negotiating contracts with professional teams, identifying and securing lucrative endorsement deals (including NIL deals for eligible high school and college athletes), and navigating the complex world of sports.
Austin also represents and advises coaches of all levels in identifying and landing new opportunities. Austin’s depth of knowledge in negotiating contracts and assisting clients in the world of sports and entertainment stems from nearly 10 years of experience negotiating contracts as a lawyer.
